Cindy Crawford is stunning as ever as she enjoys a luxurious waterfront getaway. The '90s supermodel is fresh from Burning Man headlines in September 2022, but it was way more toned-down as she updated her Instagram earlier this summer while going leggy. Posing on a deck and in a white minidress, Cindy sizzled with her husband Rande Gerber. She showed off her killer legs and Amazonian frame while also delivering a gorgeous smile. "Welcome to Gerber Island," the mom to model Kaia Gerber wrote.

She Loves To Sweat

Cindy is big into keeping in shape. She told The Cut:

"My go-to workout would be 20 minutes of cardio then weights. Sometimes the cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running. We have stairs going down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes. I just finished the Amy Schumer one, which was fantastic."

She Does Lunges And Squats

The 56-year-old further dished on what she does in the gym, adding: "I try to get 20 minutes of cardio at least three times a week. Then I do anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour of old school lunges, weights, squats, and bicep curls — it’s just stuff that I learned 30 years ago. Once a week, I try to go on a hike with a friend so I combine exercise and girlfriend time — it’s the best multitasking."

Per The Mayo Clinic: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Has Solid Wellness Philosophies

The catwalk queen then walked wellness, and she seems to know her stuff.

"Wellness to me is about balance... It’s not just being healthy. In my life it’s balance between friends, family, philanthropy, me-time, and work. The days when I feel like I got it right — they’re few and far between — are the days when I feel the most well in the complete sense of the word," she said.

She Tones Down 'White Food'

Cindy did touch on her diet. "My body does better with less “white foods” like bread and pasta," she revealed.
