Nastia Liukin found the perfect vacation location in one f her latest Instagram posts, and it's a swimsuit galore. The Artistic gymnast thought it wise to take some time off work to rejuvenate her energy. Liukin ditched a sporty look while channeling summer queen vibes. The 2008 Olympic all-around champion switched into a beautiful bathing suit during her vacation in Jordan.

She Is Summer 'Grateful'

Nastia shared pictures of herself basking in elegance and beauty. The post was captioned, "that one summer in Jordan 🇯🇴 (well this is how it started) forever grateful". The 32-year-old made her way to the beautiful scenery of Jordan beach in a two-piece white and blue triangle bathing suit.

The outfit flaunted her toned physique and sculpted arms. Her blonde hair was packed in a bun style, as she stamped the incredible look with a pair of dark sunglasses. How she manages to look this effortlessly beautiful is what her fans never stop wondering as they troop into her comment section to pay homage to these stylish cover-up looks.

She Once Shared Her Gymnastics Journey 

 

Nastia is a five times Olympic medalist and Nine times World Championship medalist in artistic gymnastics. She started gymnastics at the age of six and won years and first competed in the National Championship as a junior in 2002 which was at the age of 12 and half years.

It's been quite challenging but the gymnastics analyst y sets goals and strives to achieve those set goals. Although talents could be helpful, hard work and discipline have been helpful to help her achieve her gymnastic success.

She Eats Healthy And Always Stays Hydrated

 

The NBC correspondent does not have a specific diet plan but tries to eat healthy by staying away from processed meals and other unhealthy foods. "I don't have a specific diet other than trying to eat organic, clean, and unprocessed foods. I don't eat much red meat, but I love to eat fish and occasionally, chicken". Nastia said during her interview with Shade Global.

Aside from the fact that Nastia feeds on healthy food and fats which has been of great benefit to her skin and hair, the retired gymnast also takes a lot of water to stay hydrated. 

Dr. Sukol of the Cleveland Clinic suggests drinking a lot of water as a way to prevent dehydration.

She Works Out Daily

 

According to Today, for someone like Nastia who started her career in gymnastics at an early age, working out has become a lifestyle.

"I always feel better when I get in a workout, even if it's for 30 minutes or 20 minutes of something every single day". The NBC sport gymnast analyst said in reference to her daily workout routine.
