She Loves Wrestling And JuJitsu

Paige never runs out of ways to stay in tip-top shape. "Every day is different it depends on what day of the week it is," she dished to Vogue. "We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week, like hiking."

She Pumps Iron

Paige is always bulking up her already massive biceps as she pumps iron. "Strength training can help you tone your muscles and improve your appearance. With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase bone strength, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently," says the Mayo Clinic.

Paige also recovers with ice baths and using an infrared sauna.

She's All For Chicken

Paige now has a promo gig with The Chicken Pound as she promotes the meal delivery kit brand on her Instagram. "NEW SPONSOR ALERT!!🚨 I am so excited to announce that I’ve partnered with @thechickenpound to help me get ready for my upcoming @bareknucklefc fight!!! Making meal prepping and getting in shape SO much easier and tastier!! 🐓 Give them a follow and check out their website for orders, recipes, and so much more!!!" she wrote this year while bikini-clad and enjoying chicken with chopsticks.

She Can Be Vulnerable

In a September share, the All Elite Wrestling star got vulnerable, sharing a photo that barely showed her face and writing: "To the girl who hasn’t been herself lately…Your spark will return, and you will shine like you were meant to. It is difficult when you catch yourself not being you. When you feel your whole world is falling apart right before your eyes." For more, check out her Instagram.
