Angelina Jolie's Helicopter Surprise

Before their messy divorce, Angelina Jolie was all about spoiling Brad Pitt. The actress reportedly bought a helicopter - with flying lessons - for her man back in 2012. According to reports, Angie wanted them to be able to fly to and from Cannes. Their French chateau was also outfitted with a helipad so Brad could casually park his chopper at home.

The price tag for the helicopter surprise was a whopping $1.6 million.

Paris Hilton's Doggy Mansion

As the poster girl for luxury living, it's not surprising when Paris Hilton splurges on expensive things. This hotel heiress had a mansion built for her dogs, which cost $325,000. The doggy palace has designer furniture, heating, air conditioning, and a fancy chandelier.

Beyonce's Diamond Barbie

Beyonce showers her daughter Blue Ivy with affection and lavish birthday parties. For Blue's first birthday, Bey and Jay-Z threw her a grand party worth $200,000. Beyonce also gifted her baby girl a diamond-encrusted Barbie doll that cost $80,000.

The lavish, princess-themed birthday party costs hundreds of thousands in total - mere change for the queen of R&B, estimated to be worth $500 million.

Celine Dion's Humidifier

Celine Dion once dropped a cool $2 million for a humidifier. During her Vegas residency, Celine had to deal with long runs of performances and humid air. To ensure her skin stayed hydrated and healthy, the singer had the Caesars Palace hotel install a special kind of humidifier to mist the stage while she was performing. It was also supposed to help protect her singing voice.

Kim Basinger's Small Town

Kim Basinger had a Schitt's Creek moment in 1989 when she bought an entire town for $20 million. Along with other investors, Basinger planned to develop the small town of Braselton in Georgia.

Unfortunately, those plans didn't come to fruition, and after a couple of years, Kim filed for bankruptcy. To help pay off her ballooning expenses from a lawsuit, she had to accept the loss and sell the town for only $ 1 million.
