The model has made it a habit always to work out three days a week. She switches from gym workouts like weight training to outdoor activities like hiking and biking. Her workout routines include yoga, cardio, pushup, seats, and weight.

In an interview with Shape, Cindy said that she works out with her trainer three days weekly. She also enjoys outdoor workout sessions.

She Loves A Vitamin-Packed Smoothie

The runway beauty loves to fuel her system with a homemade smoothie packed with vitamins.

"Before I start my day, I always have a homemade smoothie with spinach, almond milk, half a banana, protein powder, raw cacao, and fresh mint." Cindy shared about her love for smoothies.

The Cleveland Clinic recommends the consumption of smoothie, stating that it supports heavy weight, keeps a regular bowel movement, and fights inflammation.
