Suppose you're wondering whether or not the tattoo is real. In that case, I'm sorry to tell you that it isn't, as the photographer revealed that the black scorpion was hand-painted by makeup artist Fara Homidi specifically for the shoot.

Since it is a job requirement, releasing the nipple is nothing new in the modeling world. Kendall Jenner, who opened up about the nipple-visible outfit she wore when she walked in her important runway show, brought the subject to the fore in a new episode of Vogue's Life in Looks series.

Kendall appeared at the Marc Jacobs runway show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2014 wearing a notoriously nipple-baring, extremely transparent tan v-neck top and Capri-length khaki riding pants.
