Hailee Steinfeld is showing off a mean set of abs as she flaunts her fit figure in glam and sparkly look. The 25-year-old actress and singer sizzled while all dressed up back in June, as she posted gorgeous photos to her Instagram while also sending her army of fans love.

Hailee posed in a cropped, strappy silver top affording major eveningwear vibes, adding a clingy dark gray skirt that perfectly flattered her gym-honed frame. She also rocked curled and slightly highlighted locks worn down as she highlighted her golden tan and amazing muscles. She dropped three heart emojis for her caption.

She Keeps Active

Hailee's toned figure isn't rocket science. Just hard work.

"For me, it's really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," she told Byrdie. "My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it's riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

3,000 Crunches Per Day

Meanwhile, and while speaking to Hello!, Hailee dished more on her routine, stating:

"If I'm in the gym, I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming," She adds that she can do up to 3,000 crunches daily.

Dance Gets Her Every Time

Like singer Jennifer Lopez, who attributes her figure to being happy and dancing, Hailee will bust out moves to music to get her fitness in.

"I have six eight-hour dance rehearsals and that's where I get my workout in. Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I'm working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I'm sweating and feel great," she further revealed.

The Mayo Clinic advises "get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity."

She Cares About What Goes In

Hailee also has eyes on her nutrition, revealing: "I think as I get older, I can appreciate more of what I put into my body. I'm more aware of it."
