The 39-year-old has a body that speaks for itself, and it's all thanks to her dedication to wanting to keep fit, and we love that about the actress. Mila Is A Regular At The Gym

In another interview, the actress said this escalated to five hours a day, seven days a week, to prepare for playing the Black Swan. She adds that she follows a strict diet. Even if it required a lot of sacrifice at the time, it had a disciplining effect on our adored actress because it wasn't hard to snatch her back up after childbirth.
