The 39-year-old has a body that speaks for itself, and it's all thanks to her dedication to wanting to keep fit, and we love that about the actress. Mila Is A Regular At The Gym

In another interview, the actress said this escalated to five hours a day, seven days a week, to prepare for playing the Black Swan. She adds that she follows a strict diet.
