Dua Lipa has kicked 2023 off to a flexible start by delivering a yoga session. The 27-year-old singer posted to Instagram recently while indoors and from a studio. She delivered a jaw-dropping, upside-down handstand, one showing her amazing strength and her yoga skills. DUa has now gained over 1.2 million likes for kicking off 2023 to a fitness-centric start. Dua also spoke of Wellness in her caption. The star joins fellow yogis including actress Jennifer Aniston and singer Miley Cyrus. She also encouraged fans to check out her free online workouts. While they aren't hers, they are from her favorite content creators.

Footage showed Dua on a mat and not showing her face. The British pop sensation was seen upside down and in a t-back and banded black sports bra. She paired her sports bra with matching leggings while lifting her legs high and balancing on her head. Fans saw Dua's super toned arm, and her shoulders. She also showed off her slender back and wore her dark locks down. Dua further kept it casual while going barefoot.
