Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is all smiles as she celebrates being on the Sports Illustrated Swim island! The Russian-born former athlete sizzled as she updated her Instagram in swimwear mode this weekend, sharing a gallery of images and making sure to flaunt her rock-hard abs.

Nastia is followed by over 1 million on IG. The five-time Olympic medalist went for a colorful, chic pants and crop top look, opting out of a bikini and going for a dressed-up finish. See the photos and more below.

All Smiles For SI Swim

Looking fit and healthy, Nastia showed off her cheesegrater abs as she posed from a terrace and near lawns. Standing by a surfboard, the Moscow native caught the eye in a tight, green-and-blue top with woven ribbed fabrics and pops of yellow.

Why Was ‘Scream Queens’ Cancelled?

And, more importantly, might we be getting a reboot?

Killer Body

Adding in blue pants as she made her cardigan look a coordinated one, Nastia added in a chic yellow purse to match her high heels. All dolled up, she rocked a summery face of makeup to highlight her features, plus a semi-up-do as she showed off her signature blonde locks.

Posing by a sign shouting out the iconic magazine, Nastia wrote: "Another day on the (@si_swimsuit) island 🌴👙🐬." SI Swim has been making major gymnast headlines of late, with summer 2023 seeing rising gymnast Olivia Dunne make her SI Swim debut.

Bathroom Leotard

Despite retiring in 2012, Nastia hasn't ditched the leotards. She also hosts the annual Nastia Cup and this year posted to honor it while slipping into a sparkly pink leotard. Showing off her toned legs and tiny waist from a glamorous marbled bathroom, Nastia wrote: "Am I too old (to compete in my own cup."

Gained Weight After Retiring

Nastia has opened up about how life changed for her once she quit the beam.

"I felt so lost for a good year. I gained probably 10 to 20 pounds, because when you stop doing something and just go cold turkey your body doesn’t even know what to do. I finally feel like I’ve found my rhythm again," she told The Cut.

Living Her Best Life

Liukin hasn't faded into the background, though. She's hosted the Olympics, released a skincare line, and her APL sneakers are a sell-out.

Treat Yourself Right!

Of keeping in shape, Liukin also shared: "I remember my mom telling me at a really young age, “You have to treat your body like an expensive car."
