Jessica Simpson is sparking weight worries. The 40-year-old actress, singer, and clothing designer has been going pantless and all yoga stretchy on her Instagram, with the latter seeing fans dub the "Dukes of Hazzard" star too skinny.

Sticking to her business brains, Jessica wrote: "Depending on my mood I choose my print of @jessicasimpsonstyle yoga mat, get out the yoga blocks and make sure Penny Lane has hers too. She snores while I stretch out the sore."

100-Pound Weight Loss Diet

In 2019, Jessica's trainer Harley Pasternak opened up to Hollywood Life, revealing:

“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner," adding:

"As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined."
