Yesterday, Dua Lipa took the Internet by storm when she posted a series of Instagram snaps showing off her toned physique.

The 25-year-old London born model-turned-singer wore a now sold out GCDS crochet bikini set, stitched with a marijuana leaf, daisy, and rainbow pattern.

One fan joked, “Find urself a girl who puts the same amount of trust in u that Dua does in bikini strings” but plenty of fans were asking just how Dua Lipa gets those killer abs.

Anyone who has been to a Dua Lipa concert knows that Dua Lipa can pull off some seriously impressive dance routines, but that’s not the only way she stays fit.

The “Levitating” singer revealed that she only works out for 15 minutes a day, explaining, “It’s high-intensive internal training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started.”

Dua Lipa is far from the only celebrity who endorses short HIIT workouts, which have been known to provide some serious benefits, such as burning fat, gaining muscle, reducing blood pressure, and increasing your metabolism.

Even though she only works out for 15 minutes a day, she still finds time to keep active and incorporate fun fitness activities into her daily routine.

In a recent interview, the “One Kiss” singer shared that she loves “mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning.”

She continued, “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting.”

Made In The Kitchen

If you’ve ever heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen, you’re not alone, and Dua Lipa definitely seems to agree with that expression.

When she’s not on tour, Dua Lipa likes to cook her own meals, especially Albanian comfort foods from the country her parents were born in.

Her favorite staples include ajvar, spinach pie, and sujuk, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t turn to American comfort foods, like pizza, burgers, and donuts every now and again!

In general, Dua Lipa admitted that she likes to eat healthy and avoid sugar when she can. When it comes to mealtimes, her lunch usually consists of wraps or salads, and her dinner includes fish, fresh vegetables, and more salad.

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she explained, adding that she also likes to snack on juice and fruits when she needs a quick energy boost.

Considering she once dumped a guy who refused to eat vegetables, we would say that her vegetable-heavy diet and active lifestyle are the best ways to get those toned abs we all crave.
