Vanessa Hudgens In Bathing Suit Says 'Freedom'

Vanessa Hudgens is celebrating "freedom" and offering fans a little "perspective" while stunning in a bikini top. The 33-year-old actress and singer injected a little swimwear into her Coachella looks this year, rocking a pink bikini top with matching pants as she shouted out the pandemic's biggest co-ord trend.

Posting to Instagram the High School Musical star wrote: "Freedom. Perspective. And love. That’s what life’s about."

She Made Fitness Work During A Pandemic

Vanessa has revealed that despite COVID restrictions, she's still managed to keep her fitness game strong. Speaking to Shape, she revealed:

"My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that. The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health. During the pandemic, when everything was paused, I created a little community. I'd get my friends together over Zoom and we would do Isaac Boots's live workout classes."

She Loves Squats And Pilates

The former Disney star name-dropped her favorite exercise options, continuing: "I do squats with a rack, and I love to see how much weight I can add to the bar. That's empowering. And I've just gotten back into Pilates with a reformer. It works your muscles like nothing else."

The Mayo Clinic states: "Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and strengthen your bones and muscles. But if you haven't exercised for some time and you have health concerns, you may want to talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness routine."

She Celebrates Her Victories

The Fabletics partner also values the importance of acknowledging her achievements.

"At my fittest, I feel unstoppable. You think, 'There's no way I can get through 30 reps.' But then you do, and you remind yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to. Those little victories should always be celebrated. That's what contributes joy and happiness and power and strength to your life," she told Shape.

She Loves Spaghetti

Vanessa believes in listening to her body. In a separate Shape interview, the 2022 Miu Miu face revealed: "If that's a big bowl of spaghetti with clams and a glass of wine, then that's what I'm eating," adding: "Sometimes I crave a salad, and I'll make a big one with nuts and goat cheese and salmon. Listing some meat-free favorites, the A-Lister added: "Breakfast typically has avocado, maybe vegan sausage, and a piece of healthy bread. Dinner depends on my mood. I let myself have what I want." Vanessa also confirmed occasional cravings for a salad, and she likes hers with nuts and goat's cheese, plus salmon.
