She Loves Yoga

Miley is known for sharing her yoga skills and flexibility to social media. Back in 2016, the "Prisoner" singer told fans: "I will never not practice for 10 days ever again! Today I got my A--Stanga kicked!"

Experts at Web MD state: "Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing."

She Listens To Her Pilates Instructor

Miley also adores gentle and muscle-building Pilates. Her instructor told People:

"You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can. Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you," adding: “She’s always going to have those long gorgeous legs. We just toned and firmed in all the right places.” Cyrus also loves outdoor hikes in the L.A. foothills.

She Does Sidekick Series

Cyrus' coach continued:

“When we work out we don’t just do a couple of moves,” name-dropping Cadillac moves and side kicks. “It’s at least a half an hour of working out … You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can,” she says. “Just doing 40 crunches a day isn’t gonna do it for you.”

She Quit Being Vegan

Miley was once plant-based, but she revealed it just wasn't working out for what her body needs. Speaking on a podcast and with Joe Rogan, the former Hannah Montana star revealed:

"I was vegan for a very long time and I've had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasn't functioning properly," then mentioning former husband Liam Hemsworth. "My ex-husband cooked me some fish on the grill. I cried, like, for a long time. I cried for the fish … it really hurts me to eat fish."

She Won't Go Malnourished

The blonde concluded: "Now I'm so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned. I remember going to Glastonbury [music festival] and that was a show that I loved—I loved my performance—but I was running on empty."
