Britney Spears has been channeling her inner Baywatch lover, posting a fun bikini video from a past Mexico vacation and even running topless on the beach. The singer, 40, continues to put on a positive front after tragically losing her baby, and her video showed her in good spirits, even including her puppy. Flaunting her fit figure in a green bikini, the Grammy winner wrote: "Trying to be sexy running like Baywatch 😳🤷🏼‍♀️😂 !!!! Pssss #TB to Mexico 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽 !!!"

She Watches Her Appetite

Speaking to her Instagram followers and noting that she does watch how much she eats, Britney said: "My body looks a little different in this new video !!!!  No … I didn’t follow through with the ice cream diet 😂🍦 .... I chose portion control which is very hard when it comes to Doritos 🙈🤣 !!!!! On a positive note … my body does feel way better now."

The Mayo Clinic states: "In general, if you cut 500 to 1,000 calories a day from your typical diet, you'll lose about 1 pound (0.5 kilogram) a week. However, it's more complex because when you lose weight, you usually lose a combination of fat, lean tissue and water. She Loves Yoga

Britney is also hugely into yoga, having made her 2020 New Year's Resolution to do more "acro yoga." Hopkins Medicine states: "Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain."

She Prioritizes Her Mental Health

The singer, who is bipolar, has also told her social media fanbase: “Mental and physical health comes before anything at this point !!!” adding: "I like the sound of the ocean at night and I like hearing people laughing from my balcony … there’s a togetherness here and it’s endless !!!”

She Aims For Weight Loss In Workouts

During her short-lived pregnancy, Britney told fans: "I worked so hard to lose weight and I actually did … then I found out a small little fetus was growing in there and was extremely hungry 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈🙈🙈 … Here are some of my favorite outfits I wore before I found out 🌹🌹🌹💓 !!!"
