Dua Lipa took the internet by storm as she flashed her incredible form in a flowery-patterned bikini while taking a “pre-show river dip.” The 26-year-old singer shared some lakeside images of herself having fun with friends. What was most captivating were her firm curves, and glistening skin.

She Enjoys Sunning

Lipa enjoyed a river dip as she shared a few photos of herself having fun in the sun with friends on Instagram. She rocked a bright flowery-patterned string bikini that had her lithe body on display as she enjoyed some lakeside fun with friends. She laid in the grass with friends as the sun gave their skin a warm glow.

They were surrounded by a blanket of green trees which gave the pictures a picturesque look. “Pre-show river dip🌺,” she wrote in the caption in which she tagged yogi and movement facilitator Annie Moves and Rae Ann Hayden, and Rosie Viva of Viva Fever.

She Does Morning Workouts

The Hotter Than Hell singer revealed that her secret to keeping fit is squeezing in some workout in the morning as it keeps her motivated throughout the day. When it comes to working out, Lipa said it is important for her to always fit in a session no matter how busy her schedule is. “Getting physical really starts my day off right,” she once said to Refinery29. She starts the day with a Zoom workout class led by her friend, Ella Jenkin. Her best friend Bunny comes over to train her on days when she feels lazy and needs motivation. She also does HIIT sessions whenever she's short on time.

She Does Core Exercises

A lot of Lipa's workouts focus on toning up her core muscles and include a range of ab workouts like bicycle crunches and leg raises. Although she recognizes that “Planks are good,” it is “almost certainly my least favourite!” The IDGAF singer loves to do some yoga and Pilates. She also engages in some boxing. For her, boxing is a way to burn calories as well as a way to clear her mind and relieve stress.

She Keeps Her Workout Interesting

In order to keep her workouts interesting, she switches up her workout routine from time to time. According to experts, it is necessary to set your workout goals and create a workout tailored to your needs and preferences. However, if you get bored or lose interest in your fitness program, you should not be afraid to try something new. Mayo Clinic states:

"Cross-training, which involves doing a variety of different exercises or activities, is a good way to keep from getting bored by your exercises."

She Does Not Sacrifice Sweet Treats

Sacrificing her favorite foods is not part of Dua's fitness regime. In fact, enjoying her favorite foods is a big part of her routine. Having a well-rounded diet that does not stop her from having sweet treats as often as she craves is something that is important to her. However, she tries to eat healthy, whole foods as much as possible including lots of vegetables, salads, and fruits.

For breakfast, she opts for eggs or fruit, and then cashew butter and a banana before her workout. Whenever she's in the mood for comfort food, Lipa said she finds herself craving traditional Albanian dishes which remind her of the meals her parents used to cook growing up.
