She Doesn't Always Love Herself

Emily is open about mental health and has revealed she even has days she can't stand herself.

The Blurred Lines star spoke to Glamour, revealing: “I have days when I literally cannot look in the mirror because I am sick of myself. I don’t like how I look or I want to change certain things about myself. We are stuck inside one body, we can’t see ourselves and we have no perspective on it.”

She Takes Good Care Of Her Face

Emily might make headlines for her chiseled abs, but the star is equally a head-turner with her attractive features - good genes only go so far, though.

"What I love about LOOPS is that it's a mask that I can throw on for 15 minutes while I'm answering calls from bed. Or even like this morning—I had kind of a hectic morning and I was making my bed and running around having my coffee and taking calls, and I kept the face mask on while I was doing all of that, then I took it off and did my makeup," Emily revealed while dishing her love of face masks.

She Eats A Balanced Diet

EmRata starts the day with coffee and a local pastry. The pizza lover also digs into healthy salads as she keeps it balanced.

The Mayo Clinic says that a healthy diet should include "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

"Also talk with your doctor about your health risks. For example, your doctor may recommend that you reduce the salt in your diet if you have high blood pressure," the site's experts also advise.

She Keeps Workouts Social

Emily loves to sweat and make it a social affair.

Speaking to InStyle, the swimwear designer revealed she loves group sessions. “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” she said.

“I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that’s the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone,” Emily added.

She Tucks Into Salads And Sandwiches

Simple does it for Emily. "Lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich," the model revealed as she offered up what lands on her plate.
