In an Instagram post, Carrie flaunted her all-black stage outfit, which consists of a leather top, denim shorts, and cowboy boots. The revealing fit highlighted her toned muscles and flawless legs.

She Doesn't Skip Leg Day

To keep her leg muscles toned and strong, Carrie never skips leg day. One of her favorite leg exercises is the step-up workout. She takes the workout up a notch by doing a step-up box jump.

A step-up is a body resistance workout that works the legs and buttocks. This is an effective lower body conditioning exercise that helps improve muscle tone, says Mayo Clinic. It also targets the quadriceps and hamstrings muscles.

She Makes Workouts Fun

Routine exercises can become boring after a while. To keep herself motivated to work out every day, Carrie shakes up her style. The music superstar has a fun approach to fitness. She always mixes up her workouts by following her own Fit52 philosophy, which bases exercise routines on a deck of cards. She also enjoys doing exercise challenges to spice up her routine.

As she demonstrated on her Rock the Boat challenge posted on Instagram, a simple push-up can turn into a cool, dance-inspired workout move.

In her book, Find Your Path, Carrie expressed her open-minded approach to fitness. She believes that there are many different ways to achieve your fitness goals. The important thing is to be consistent and to always do your best.

According to Carrie, she has always been highly critical of herself. Her highly-driven attitude has pushed her to achieve her goals, whether in music or fitness.

"I’m highly critical of myself in every way to be honest, which I think is one of the things that has pushed me and helped me get where I’m at. There’s nothing more humbling than comping your own vocals and being like wow, is that what I sound like?"
