She Is Enjoying Her Time

After tying the knot with her long-time beau last month, she definitely has a lot to celebrate. The White Lotus star seems to be still on cloud 9 in her latest beach photo.

Sporting a checkered midi skirt with a bandeau-style bikini top, the brunette beauty ran around barefoot at the beach while the sun was setting in the background.

Her two-piece look highlighted her incredible figure, her taut abs, and toned arms out on display.

She Has A Happy Heart

Alexandra has been looking radiant and happy because her heart is filled with love. The newlywed spoke to Vogue about her simple, vintage-inspired wedding ceremony in New Orleans.

"We were trying to achieve a laid-back aesthetic,” Alexandra shared. “We loved the look of Preservation Hall—it was so old, so historic; it lets its age and ‘flaws’ show. That’s what makes it so beautiful. We wanted it to be about music, drinking, and authentic New Orleans.”

She Takes Good Care Of Her Body

Aside from making sure her heart is in good hands, Alexandra also ensures her body also receives the proper care and guidance. She enlisted fitness trainer to the stars, Patrick Murphy, to help her achieve her fitness goals.

"Working out with Patrick makes me feel more confident in everyday life. I feel stronger and healthier — even more so than I did in my 20s," Alexandra told Women's Health. "My back doesn’t hurt anymore, my posture is better — his approach is to keep you feeling good and your joints working. Looking stronger is just a bonus."

She Regularly Practices Yoga

Yoga is one of Alexandria's go-to exercises. As she told Muscle and Fitness, yoga doesn't only help her get stronger physically, it also helps her emotional well-being.

"I do a ton of yoga. I find it more than just physically beneficial, but also emotionally. It’s great to take an hour to just chill out, be away from your phone, and focus on positivity."

She Is Mindful Of Her Posture

Alexandra has had problems with her posture before but she worked with her personal trainer to improve them.

"We cover corrective exercise workouts to create perfect posture and alignment — we take every rep performed seriously as we create positive adaptions for Alexandria’s body," Patrick told Women's Health. "My foundational corrective exercises keep her pain-free and she is constantly interested in improving her physicality."

She Takes Her Dog On Walks

In the same interview, Alexandra also credits her dog for inspiring her to have a more active lifestyle.

"My dog actually makes me more active. We love to hike and explore different trails in Los Angeles. He’s honestly the coolest dog ever."

Walking has a lot of health benefits, says Mayo Clinic. Regular walking can help reduce the risk of health problems like heart disease, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression. The average American walks 3,000 - 4,000 steps in a day. While 10,000 steps is a popular baseline for most fitness enthusiasts, the ideal step count for you will depend on factors like your lifestyle, health status, and age.

She Likes To Keep Things Clean

Her aversion to filth has kept her protected against germs and bacteria. Alexandra has said in a previous interview with People that she is a "complete germophobe" and pretty much wipes down everything with Kleenex.

"I’m a complete germophobe," she said. "Sometimes I’d rather do the fist bump." Whenever she is out in public places, she makes sure to clean what she can with her wipes.

"On airplanes too because I travel so much … wipe down your seat and just have that peace of mind.”

She Values Self-Care

Like everyone else, Alexandra had a tough time doing quarantine at home. But, she doubled down on self-care practices to help her get through isolation.

"There were plenty of mornings when we woke up, sat on the couch, and by 4 p.m. we were still in our pajamas and hadn’t washed our faces," she admitted to Variety.

She improved her skincare routine and discovered new products, such as Pitera Essence, that helped her achieve bright, glowy skin.

"When you look in the mirror and you feel like your normal self rather than a dull, dry version of yourself, it’s a better way to start your day."

She Is A Hard Worker

One of her best traits is being hardworking, which was influenced by her high-achieving parents. She told Muscle and Fitness that a "full badass" level can be achieved if you just work your butt off.

"I think there’s a lot to just working hard. Your full badass potential is reached when you work your butt off. My mom really worked her way up from nothing, and it was inspiring to see everything she accomplished growing up."
