An update on Instagram showed the world champion wearing yoga wear which displayed her toned muscles and body while basking in the beauty of what yoga sessions can offer. According to her, yoga has a way of positively working on her patience as it makes her a more patient person.

"The practice of doing yoga is about being mindful while allowing and accepting what your body will give you and I think when you bend you don't break as it's good for someone doing sports to have good flexibility."

"It's important to eat right to support your lifestyle and cut out foods that have low nutritional value, inflammatory foods, and food that are not adding to your well-being", the athlete said. Patrick prefers fresh, natural foods to factory-made packaged foods. According to her, natural foods add to one's well being unlike the food produced in a factory.

She Is Committed To Achieving Her Goals


In a world of male-dominated sports, it's a no-brainer, it's not going to be easy but believing in oneself and being determined is one of the keys and Patrick understands that as she created goals that she was very determined to achieve.
