She Feels Free During Her Workouts

Julianne, 34, shared a stunning snap on Instagram from her workout session. The Dancing With the Stars dancer turned judge flaunted her super fit physique in a bathing suit. Her toned arms and super ripped abs were on full display in a black sports bra and matching black tights.

She showed off the strength of her glutes while striking a yoga pose. Her brunette tresses fell over her shoulders as she hit the stunning pose, noting that she was "feeling good, feeling strong, feeling free."

She Stays Hydrated

Despite her busy schedule, the Safe Haven star has managed to maintain her fit figure over the years. According to Celebwell, she makes time for health and fitness, keeping it fun. Julianne is a big advocate of staying hydrated and has admitted to feeling a huge difference when she does. "I have this water bottle that goes everywhere with me," she said. She stays hydrated throughout the night, keeping her water bottle by her bedside.

She Switches Up Her Workouts

While dance has always been a huge part of her life, when it comes to her workout routine, she loves "shocking my body by doing different things." Although she does high-intensity workouts 5-6 times a week, she sometimes switches to yoga and low-intensity workouts 2-3 times a week. When she's in the mood for a switch, her activities range from yoga, spinning, hiking, weight lifting, and dancing.

She Follows A Sleep Schedule

The Footloose star prioritizes having a healthy sleep schedule. "Your workout is just one part of staying healthy — the rest is sleeping and what you put into your body," Julianne said. She seems to be on the right track as Mayo Clinic says that sticking to a sleep schedule can help you sleep better.

Other tips for better sleep include paying attention to what you eat and drink, creating a restful environment, limiting daytime naps, and managing worries.

She Knows What Her Body Loves

When it comes to her diet, Julianne has learned what works for her body. She follows a vegan and gluten-free diet because it is what her body loves. Per Prevention, she starts her day with a glass of lemon water once she gets up and some green juice before working out. She likes to have a warm beverage every day, sometimes coffee.

Like her workouts, Julianne likes to switch up her meals. Some of her go-to breakfast options include eggs, avocado toast, and yogurt with granola, but she is constantly changing things out. She sometimes indulges in her guilty pleasures, including nostalgic treats like a sandwich she and her brother used to love as kids.
