January took the internet by storm as she shared a beautiful photo of herself on her Instagram account. The Mad Men star is ready for Sunday morning aqua aerobics as she rocked a sheer black bathing suit over a black bikini while displaying her toned midriff. Her toned legs and arms were not to be overlooked as the actress posed in an outdoor location with a backdrop of luscious green trees. She paired the look with a pair of dark sunglasses while her sun-bleached hair was styled in a half-up high ponytail.

She Does What Works For Her

Jones knows what she wants out of a self-care routine and fitness regime and is not afraid to go after it. The actress is comfortable in her own skin and is not one to seek public validation. "I feel comfortable in my skin," she said. She is strong-willed and has always done things her own way. "Public opinion doesn't matter to me." It is only natural that she plays the roles of strong-willed women on-screen. Her favorite role, however, is being a mom to her son, Xander. "Being a mother is definitely the best," January says. 

She Does Workouts That Make Her Strong

After having Xander, January felt the need to feel strong after the change her body had undergone. This led her to start doing barre classes, after which she began to take regular private Pilates lessons. According to Shape, she was introduced to Lagree Pilates by a friend and had been doing it two to four times a week. For January, Lagree is the only thing that makes her feel strong, and she absolutely loves it. The good music and change in routine are part of why she loves the workout so much. The Last Man on Earth star has since gained weight from putting on muscle.

She Believes In Having A Ritual

January believes in having a ritual which is why her skincare regimen is her favorite thing to do. Her morning beauty routine involves exfoliating and then applying serum and a cream. At night, she uses a series of serums and products, which are all lined up in order. She loves doing laundry. Being organized is something that the actress says makes her feel sane and calm.

She Does Not Deprive Herself

When it comes to dieting, she explained to Us Magazine that she does not deprive herself of anything she loves. She starts her day with some celery juice which she said gives amazing results in her energy, digestion, skin, and sleep. After which, she takes her vitamins and a cup of coffee. There's nothing this mother-of-one loves more than nourishing her son, which is why she adds a lot of veggies and organic food to their diet.
