The former Victoria's Secret Angel was all sunkissed while posing from a beach and in swimwear recently, this as she ushered in being 42. Showing off her long legs, tiny waist, and toned muscles, Gisele stunned while sending out yoga vibes, with a caption reading: "Thank you for the love and birthday wishes! My heart is filled with gratitude! Sending you all so much love! ❤️Muito obrigada pelo carinho e desejos de aniversário! Meu coração tá cheio de gratidão! Mandando muito amor pra todos vocês!"

Gisele is sure to take out a small portion of her day for a little meditation. "It's a different awareness and new level of peace. Once you learn how to do it, it's yours forever—you can always access that," she has stated. "All you need is 20 minutes. Even with a schedule like mine, I can find 20 minutes."

She Adores Yoga

Bundchen joins fellow celebrity yogis, including singer Miley Cyrus and actress Jennifer Aniston.

"Since yoga is based on breathing, parts of the nervous system are affected when exhales are lengthened, and breath is controlled. This is cued throughout particular yoga sequences. Specifically, yoga can help lower the fight-or-flight response and improve the body's 'rest-and-digest' response," advises the Mayo Clinic.

She Loves Organic Fruit & Veg

In an interview with Marie Claire, the Brazilian-born sensation stated: "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown. We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

She Embraces Motherly Love

Gisele shares two children with athlete husband Tom Brady.

"A mother’s love. An indescribable feeling that challenges and inspires us to be better for our children--and to our children. I feel blessed to keep receiving the gift of being a mother to special beings who teach me so much every day," Gisele has told her social media followers.
