Hailee Steinfeld is showing off her fit figure as she glams up for a bath-set shoot. The actress and singer, 25, turned heads as she posted to her Instagram in a leggy look, rocking a little black dress that flaunted her killer pins and even adding in sexy high heels. The Hawkeye star wowed as she showcased her gym-honed body, with a caption telling fans: "@katiatemkin sent me down memory lane."

She Keeps The Blood Pumping

Hailee is strict when it comes to making sure her body moves. "For me, it's really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," the actress told Byrdie. "My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it's riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

She Loves Dancing

The brunette is also a fan of moving to the beat. "Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I'm working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I'm sweating and feel great," Hailee continued.

The Mayo Clinic suggests: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful."

She Does Elliptical And Swimming

The Dickinson star also likes to keep her training varied.

"If I'm in the gym, I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming," she told OK! while discussing her workouts.

She Loves A Luxurious Massage

Hailee also knows how to treat herself and how to wind down. "I also try to take time for myself, even if it's just a couple of hours. I will try my best to get a massage if I can. Or I'll take a walk in a park and relax and just shut down for a little bit," the star has shared.
