Adele's Motivation To Get Fit

 

Rather than starting her weight loss journey with the mindset of losing weight, she channeled her exercise routine to help her anxiety. The Hello crooner works with her fitness coach three times daily, although stating that it is not feasible for most people due to monetary reasons.

Per Hello Magazine, Adele's former personal trainer (Pete Geracimo) made a post on his Instagram when he talked about the motive behind the singer's fitness journey. He went further to write that the singer has put a lot of effort into improving herself for herself, and her family. This was also with zero intentions to make anyone feel bad about themselves.

In his words, "When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially, when 25 dropped, and the tour announced we had to get ready for a 13-month grueling schedule. In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices."

Combination Of Exercises And HIIT Workouts Did The Magic

 

For the Easy On Me singer, it was switching between different exercises. She did reformer pilates to help work the core, improve flexibility and gain strength. Adele revealed that she does weight in the dawn, hike or boxing in the afternoon, and does cardio at dusk.

Adele has been training with US trainer, Dalton Wong to help with her fitness journey using high-intensity workouts at home.

In the initial stage, It was not easy but she got used to it. Joking about this in a picture she shared with the caption, "I used to cry, but now I sweat."

The Cleveland Clinic recommends HIIT workouts, stating that almost anyone can do it, as it helps to ease joint pain and other health problems.

She Limits Her Sugar Intake

 

It's no news that too much sugar can contribute to weight gain, lack of energy, and fatigue.
