She Values Cheat Foods

In a 2016 interview with E! News, the Grammy winner revealed that despite largely eating healthy, she does value cheat foods. "Tacos, pizza and ice cream, she said. "I love sweets. I love Oreo Blasts—they're the best!" Spears has recently been sharing plenty of photos of pizza on her Instagram as she seemingly shows she's craving the food during her pregnancy.

The Mayo Clinic states: "During pregnancy, the basic principles of healthy eating remain the same — get plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats."

Its experts also highlight the importance of folate and Folic acid in pregnancy, adding: "Folate is a B vitamin that helps prevent serious problems with the developing brain and spinal cord (neural tube defects). The synthetic form of folate found in supplements and fortified foods is known as folic acid. Folic acid supplementation has been shown to decrease the risk of premature birth and having a low birth weight baby."

She Does Crunches Like A Pro

Britney's trainer Bobby Strom has spoken of her past music video training, telling Life & Style that it was tough going.

“We did somewhere between 750 to 1,000 variations of crunches a day. We would do intervals. We’d start off on the treadmill running, and then she’d go to the mat and do bicycle crunches, hitting the transverse abdominal wall, engaging the obliques."

She Works On Her Body Language

Spears has also touched on poses beyond yoga, telling her 40 million+ Instagram followers:

"Body language is everything ! The way you speak to yourself and carry yourself can effect your mood .... I have self esteem problems so I slouch ..."
