Paris Hilton is continuing her swimsuit queen attitude and stunning in a sporty and multicolor bathing suit as she enjoys a vacation in Tulum, Mexico. The 41-year-old reality star and socialite was floating around on the open water in a recent Instagram share, here showing off her long and toned legs, plus her trim waistline. She told fans: "Find me at my happy place ✨😍✨ Happy #EarthDay! 🌏#ParisAroundTheWorld 🌈🌴."

She Lost Weight By Ditching Fast-Food

Paris used to stuff her face with drive-thru burgers, but she's revealed she's done with that. Speaking to Daily Mail, the BFF to Kim Kardashian revealed:

"I lost about five pounds just from staying away from the Drive-Thrus. I can feel the difference especially when I'm in a bathing suit."

"I used to eat that way, but I decided to change things this year. Now I don't do that. There are times when I will stop at a Carl's Jr, but I will maybe get a turkey burger or something healthier instead of a cheeseburger and fries. I am more careful now," she added.

She Likes Smoothies And Salads

The Simple Life alum also dished on what lands on her plate, continuing: "I like green smoothies, they taste good and they make me feel more energetic." She specified: "I also like regular juices. I get a lot more vitamins these days, more fruits too, more vegetables, more protein, more salads."

The Mayo Clinic states that a healthy and balanced diet "includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

"Also talk with your doctor about your health risks. For example, your doctor may recommend that you reduce the salt in your diet if you have high blood pressure," the site's experts add.

She Loves Outdoor Exercise

The glam queen might seem at home in her boudoir, but Paris does love outdoor physical activity. She also told Daily Mail: "I have never been a gym person, it's not me." She added:

"I don't think people expect to hear this, but I grew up a tomboy. I would always play ice hockey, go skiing when I could. I would surf, ride bikes, swim. I love to work out outside. I have always been very active."

Paris joins celebrities including reality star Kourtney Kardashian and model Hailey Bieber in loving Pilates. "It's a great way to exercise because you use so many muscles and get a really good workout," she said of the exercise. "I use the machines, not mat Pilates, and it just works for me."
