Nicole Scherzinger is flaunting her sensational figure in a hot-pink bikini. The 43-year-old singer and reality judge thrilled her Instagram followers recently, posting from a sun-drenched vacation and showing off her toned abs, shapely legs, and famous cleavage. The Pussycat Dolls singer wowed in the sun, writing: "Pretty in Pink & Paradise 🌺💕."

She Enjoys Family Cooking

The "Buttons" hitmaker eats super healthy, and she also values making cooking a nourishing experience for the soul. "I cook a family dish called Oyster Chicken, I love that! It's a really light Asian dish. It's pretty much sautéed oyster chicken with lots of sauce and tons of vegetables thrown into a pot. I make Japanese rice to go with it. It's really tasty and healthy for you," she told Glamour.

She Swears By Hot Yoga

The Hawaii native has also revealed a love of yoga, and she likes it hot. "When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," the told Women's Health.

“I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done," Nicole added.

She Loves Carrots And Mexican Food

Listing all the varied foods she feeds herself with, Nicole dished:

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

The pop star has also revealed on wellness trend she follows. "My new go to thing is coconut water though," she has stated. "I'll have that in the morning and when I'm feeling low on energy throughout the day."

She Works Out Often

Nicole loves outdoor group hikes, and works out often. The Mayo Clinic states:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

"To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits," the site's medical experts also advise.
