The 25-year-old model could rock any color with a sense of elegance and class. During a late-night outing with friends, the SKN by LH founder rocked a black sheer body-hugging midi dress. The dress featured cut-out detail by the midriff and a sleek one-shoulder silhouette.

To complete her elegant and classy look, she wore chick makeup, black strap heels, and white earrings which paired nicely with the zebra-themed shoulder bag she carried. She Sheds Weight Her Own Way

Harvey admitted in a video posted on social media that she gained a 'relationship weight' of about 15 pounds after she started dating Micheal B. Jordan. She talked about how none of her dresses at that time fit anymore and how uncomfortable it was. A lot of fans were surprised because they did not know there was something called, 'relationship weight'. This got some fans wondering about how she was able to get her toned figure and lose 15 pounds. 

She Recently Shed 'Relationship Weight'

To lose the relationship weight gained, she had to do Pilates. The model also had to adhere to a strict 1,200 calories diet. She was not really on a specific eating regimen but tried to eat meat and vegetables and reduced her crab intake. "I was in a calorie deficit - I think I was maybe consuming like 1,200 calories a day max.". A lot of people started to reveal their concerns about her new diet and warned others not to partake in it.

According to the Mayo Clinic: "Calories are the energy in food… These stored calories will remain in your body as fat unless you use them up, either by reducing the calorie intake so that your body must draw on reserves for energy or by increasing physical activity so that you burn more calories ". 

She Has An Amazing Abs Workout Routine

Lori has abs to die for and she is not shy of showcasing it. She dropped the inside scoop on how she acquired the captivating abs. She gave fans a workout breakdown, detailing her routine. She started doing Pilates consistently for a year and worked out a lot about six to five times a week for the first month and a half. This helped her to get lean and long muscles. 

She Adds Other Routines

The model did not stop at pilates. She added cardio and slitted her routines at intervals. She would do Pilates in the morning, then go to the gym to use the treadmill. All these contributed to her centric abs, super-toned limbs, and firm arms.
