Kendall Jenner is always ready to sizzle Instagram with various dazzling bikini pictures. The runway model recently shared a picture in a bathing suit embracing wholesome wellness.

She Is All About Wholesome Wellness

 

The 26-year-old model recently shared some snaps showing her embracing wellness beside a pool on Instagram. She wore a green string bikini and a colorful green bucket hat. The model gave a meditative cross-legged pose on a bright sheet placed near the pool and used some white sound bowls to achieve wholesome wellness. The bowls gave out sedative sounds as she used the crystal bowl striker in circles. 

She Indulges In Ice Facial And Meditation

Despite being busy modeling, running a clothing line with her sister, Kylie Jenner, and launching her own business, Kendall always makes time for herself. She Indulged in ice facials every morning by dipping her face into a bowl of ice, "It's amazing for your skin and also really incredible for helping with anxiety," the social media influencer shared.

After that, she makes time to meditate. She did transcendental meditation for about 15-20 minutes. The model took care of her mental health by setting daily intentions. Then she does Pilates to keep her body in shape. 

She Practices A Simple Skincare Routine

Kendall practices a simple skincare routine because that is what works best for her skin. When outside, she makes sure she wears a hat to protect herself from the sun's rays. The number one skincare rule she adheres to is washing the face and removing any makeup.

She also makes sure she double cleanses at night with a Clean Natural Facial Cleanser. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum also focuses on oral beauty. She Takes Note Of Dieting

Although the supermodel does not follow any specific diet, she made sure to eat healthily. Jenner's trainer revealed her breakfast included avocado over eggs or a bowl of oatmeal. For lunch, she ate brown rice with grilled chicken and vegetables. She also ate high-calorie food in moderation, like pizza or fried chicken.

Kendall does not set strict rules on what her diet contains but avoids some food. She made sure she had protein, vegetables, whole grains, snacks, and drinks (water, detox tea, coffee). The model limited her diary intakes like cheese, milk, ice cream, yogurt, and butter. 

She Exercises Regularly

The social media influencer made sure to indulge in workouts to maintain her physique. She exercised regularly to maintain her physique. She prefers to workout out in the morning at around 7 am and engage in exercises for an hour or less. To focus on abs workouts and stay lean, she worked with a personal trainer.

In addition, she does other activities to build muscle, and they include weight lifting or bodyweight exercises which include squats or planks. Jenner also preferred resistance training to aerobic exercises like running.
