She Says Workouts Are 'Part Of Her Day'

Working out is like brushing teeth for Kaley. "Bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21 anymore," she has said. "It used to be so easy, I didn’t have to do as much. Now, it’s part of my day—working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day."

She Swears By Yoga

Kaley is a giant yogi, joining celeb yoga fans including Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Aniston. "Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body. I love being toned and having muscle; it's so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga," she has stated.

The Mayo Clinic states: "Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. And almost anyone can do it," adding:

"Yoga poses, also called postures, are a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility. Poses range from simple to difficult. In a simple post, you might lie on the floor while completely relaxed. A difficult posture may have you stretching your physical limits."

She Values Self Honesty

Kaley keeps it real. Earlier this year, she spoke to Glamour, revealing:

"I’ve been very open [on social media] that I’ve struggled this last year. And because I am so capable and strong, I wanted people to see, it’s not all magic and it’s not all easy. I struggle with what I want, what I think I’m supposed to have. Being fearful, being scared of what the future holds."

She's Here For Love

The twice-divorced star, last year ending her marriage to Karl Cook, continued: "There are great people that come into your life and they leave your life. And there are reasons for all of it. The minute that I agree to let it go, someone else magical comes into my life. So I do believe there is someone out there. I love love. I’m not someone that wants to be by myself."

She Loves The Rollga Foam Roller

Kaley recovers from her sore muscles with the $40 Rollga Foam Roller.

"I work out and ride horses a lot; my legs get extremely sore from horseback riding, so I basically don’t go a day without using the Rollga. I really enjoy using it after I shower at night. I’ll watch TV and roll around on it for a bit. I sometimes spend more than an hour trying to get my blood moving," she told NY Mag.
