She Stays Consistent

The mom of two, now happily married to personal trainer Sam Asghari, opened up in 2015 about her health.

“After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape,” she told Women's Health. “But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key.”

She's Tried The Ice Cream Diet

Britney isn't afraid of sweet treats. "So …. I tried the ice cream diet and since my favorite flavor is strawberry ?" To stay healthy, The Mayo Clinic advises including "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats." It also alerts that "sodas, desserts, and energy and sports drinks are the top sources of added sugars for most people in the U.S. But these aren't the only foods with added sugars."

She Knows What She Wants

In 2021, the Toxic singer updated her social media, revealing:

"In the past two weeks I've said that's it ... I have got to get in shape considering my boyfriend's body is hotter than hot." She added: "I was like S— where the hell am I supposed to start / run a lot and try to eat clean and be mindful with my food unless I cheat, like last night when I ate a container of peanuts".

She Doesn't Think Thinner Is Better

Britney has even revealed that being skinnier isn't better for her. "I felt too vulnerable in my skin being this small !!!! I didn't like it so I started boxing so now I feel stronger too," she confirmed.
