Dressed in a layer of Coach clothing, Kaley opened her coat to reveal and flaunt her perfect washboard abs. The Flight Attendant star looked stunning with smokey eyes, pouty nude lips, and wet hair. Her incredible body was also front and center in the sexy shoot.

She Overcomes Challenges

In her cover story for Remix, Kaley shared her experience filming the second season of her hit HBO show. She admitted to going through a challenging time but she was still able to remain professional.

"The Flight Attendant came at a very crazy time during my life. Usually, I can compartmentalise and leave work at work and home at home, but that’s definitely not how this season went. And it was honestly very challenging for me."

She Takes Care Of Her Figure

To keep her figure fit and toned, Kaley maintains an active lifestyle. With the help of personal trainer Ryan Sorensen, Kaley does a mix of different workouts that focus on building strength. Circuit and resistance training are always part of her regular workouts.

You don't always need fancy equipment to do resistance training, says Mayo Clinic. You can use body-weight training and get the same results. Body weight workouts like pushups, squats, dips, and jumps are effective in burning calories and strength training.

She Doesn't Make Excuses

Even the pandemic couldn't stop Kaley from keeping up with her fitness routine. Throughout quarantine, she still managed to maintain her healthy lifestyle. In a previous Instagram post, Kaley shared that she got obsessed with jump rope exercises during the lockdown. She also showed off some of her impressive moves in the clip.

"My newest obsession during COVID/quarantine! All you need is 20 mins , a jump rope, and good music !"

She Is A Risk Taker

Kaley has already established a successful career as an actress but she didn't stop there. In 2017, she created her own production company Yes, Norman Productions. The risk paid off and she discovered a passion for producing projects.

She shared her love for her new chapter on WWD: "Now I really feel like I’m a real producer and that I’m able to put these projects together and work with all these amazing other producers who have helped me and guided me through this and still are guiding me through it. I’m just really, truly loving the experience. And I love to be in front of the camera. But I do think my future lies behind it."
