Some R&R was in order for the glamorous movie star, who's been hard at work launching a new shoe collection with Eobuwie, and what better way to unwind than with a trip to the seaside? Jetting off to Italy with her family, per the Daily Mail, the actress posed on a yacht looking sun-kissed and gorgeous in a sports-style bikini, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed sunhat. Photographed smiling from ear to ear, she stood up on a fuzzy sofa, putting her ripped figure on full display. She's All About The Details

Longoria's ab-tastic update comes just a few hours after the Brooklyn Nine-Nine alum was spotted soaking up the sun in Capri together with her Mexican businessman husband José Bastón, 54, and their 4-year-old son, Santiago. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, she was seen diving off the deck of a yacht in a white bikini and cuddling her boy after the swim sesh.

Meanwhile, an Instagram update from the previous day saw her going leggy in a train sundress and showing off her chiseled pins in gladiator heels for Eobuwie. She sported a handbag inscribed with her name, with the caption noting: "It’s all in the details."

She Works Out Every Day

When she's not promoting her shoe collection or showing off her toned body in cute swimwear, the Space Jam and Devious Maids actress spends her time working out to stay young and fit.

"Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she told Vogue Australia. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

The ageless beauty works out every day between an hour and 75 minutes and doesn't take a break no matter what. "If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I'll go for a walk because I didn't get to work out," she said. "Even if it's just stretching, I need to do something."

She Loves The Trampoline

As someone long-time committed to fitness, Longoria knows how to keep things interesting in the gym with fun workouts that include running, yoga, Pilates, and SoulCycle. "I'm just constantly mixing it up," she dished for People.

Her latest passion is the trampoline, and the star couldn't stop gushing about it to Women's Health. "Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees," she said in her January cover story, noting that she uses a JumpSport Rebounder trampoline.

She Drinks Lots Of Water

You might catch her pushing tequila on her social media feed but the Casa del Sol owner is big on water. "I got those Starbucks cups that everybody has," she told People, "so I just fill those up with water and for some reason, when it has a straw, I’m able to drink way more water than before. It feels like I’m drinking a soda even though I’m not!"

According to the Mayo Clinic, proper hydration is crucial for your health and, while "you don't need to rely only on water to meet your fluid needs," it's recommended that you drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men and about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

"You've probably heard the advice to drink eight glasses of water a day," stated the clinic. "That's easy to remember, and it's a reasonable goal."
