Chanel West Coast looked super fit as she updated her Instagram before announcing her pregnancy. The MTV star is currently expecting her first child, although there was no bump as she updated for her 3 million+ Instagram followers in late 2021. Enjoying a sunny vacation, the "No Plans" rapper showed off her gym-honed body in a mesh and floral-print matching set, rocking cute shorts and a top while enjoying Catalina Island. "Catalina wine mixer," she wrote.

She Swears By Regular Workouts

Chanel loves her food, but she has revealed she only works out to counter the calories.

"You need to work out! I mean a lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis. I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you workout," she told Hollywood Life in 2019.

She Makes The Gym Cute

It has to look good for West Coast, who has a pink-painted home gym.

"Well I have a trainer," she told Flaunt. "During the pandemic, I got really into working out on my own. Figuring out all of my own workouts. I have a mini Barbie looking gym in my garage, it's really cute. The cuter the gym is, the cuter your workout clothes are, you get more 'oh, I'm trying to look cute and do this.' I know a lot of good home workouts, I posted a couple of workout videos on my YouTube."

She Likes To Meditate

Pause time is important for West Coast, who also stated: "Meditation has changed my life honestly." The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace," adding:

"And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day. And meditation may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions."

She Works Out Three Times A Week

Gym routine isn't Khloe Kardashian level for Chanel. The Ridiculousness star has also revealed: "I film a lot so on average, I workout 3 days a week. That's a good amount to stay in shape. If I wanted to be a real fitness person and get really into it, I'd work out every single day. But I don't have the time for that."

She Finds Clothes That Fit

Noting her shape as she spoke to Hollywood Life, the TV favorite also said: "Finding the right clothes that flatter your body is everything because in the past, I wasn't as aware. Back when low-rise jeans were in, that was the worst thing ever for me."
