The mother of three kids heated Instagram when she served some steamy looks, she wore a two-piece pink bathing suit which kept her perfect physique on display. Jessie's curves and sinewy form were on display as she walked down the runway for her brand Kittenish.

She Is A Fitness Enthusiast

Such a bikini-ready body is not common and cannot be achieved without putting in the effort. Jessie does a lot of workouts to maintain her figure and it is not as easy as it sounds, the mother of three kids engages in a series of body-training workouts like strength training and aerobics for 30-45minutes daily. "My fitness is non-negotiable," she told CMT. The Mayo Clinic also recommends aerobic exercises and strength training as being helpful with weight loss and health.

She Eats Whatever She Craves

Once speaking to Women's Health, the songstress said. "I'm a lover of food, for me, it is about eating a bigger lunch. Everyone around me, my family knows that I am a foodie; I think about food when I wake up and go to bed."

The Kittenish designer does not diet. She eats well as it is what gives her energy but she balances it with the time she devotes to the gym.

She Practices Intermittent Fasting

 

Jessie doesn't follow diet routines, she always Indulges her cravings but has discovered a way of balancing it by sometimes engaging in a deliberate fast. She stays off food for some time in order to burn fats and detox. "I eat whatever I want to eat within the time frame but I don't overdo it", the cookbook author said.

She Has A Daily Plan

The mother of three beautiful kids is mostly busy and to achieve a more productive result, she tries to work with a daily plan.

"When I wake up, I start my day with some coffee, a little cream, and stevia; that is what I drink all morning long, I don't eat except when I am hungry and that is usually later around 11 am, '' she told Women's health.

She Eats Dinner Early

Except on occasions when she is having a romantic date with her husband- Eric decker or busy with work, Jessie prefers to eat homemade meals and she has made it a ritual to eat dinner as early as 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm as eating early helps with digestion while late night eating can store up fats.

The musician is a family person and also loves to do domestic chores like cooking. She admitted that her husband has been very supportive in every way including her musical career which she is grateful for.
