Victoria Justice stunned fans in a chic swimwear look recently, posting for her army of Instagram followers and going zebra-print in smart pants and bikini top. Showing off her super-toned figure, the 29-year-old drew attention to her sculpted abs and trim waist, with a caption giving a nod to the animal-print look. "I said hey honeyy, take a walk on the wild side 🎶 🦓," she wrote, also posing in edgy shades.

She Meditates Daily

Speaking of her mental health, the singer confirmed she's into a zen lifestyle. "I try to meditate every day," she told Health. "It's important to take that time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to block everything out and get grounded again. And I love to lie on my hammock and read things that are inspirational and motivational, whether it's a self-help book or an autobiography."

She Loves Hot Yoga

Victoria loves to sweat it out during yoga. The Florida native admitted: "Well my sister has gotten me into hot yoga," while speaking to Hollywood Life. "So yeah it's tough. It was really not my thing in the beginning. And I still am in the classes sometimes and I'm like, 'Why am I doing this? Why am I here right now?' But it's… You always leave feeling better. But yesterday we did a class and I had to step out 'cause I was just… I was that one person that was like, Nope, can't take it. But when it's over, you always feel like, Oh, your muscles, they're relaxed and it's so good," she added.

The Mayo Clinic advises: "Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. And almost anyone can do it."

She Seized An Opportunity During The Pandemic

Speaking to Forbes, the brunette dished on seeing the bright side of life.

"And once the pandemic happened I was like, 'I have the song 'Treat Myself' that I really love. It's very vulnerable and real and personal to me. And now is the perfect time for me to put this out into the world because I feel like a lot of other people are in this space where we're alone with ourselves, alone with our thoughts," Victoria revealed.

She Eats Whatever She Wants

Rigid diets don't do it for Victoria, who has also stated:

"Rule of thumb, I just kind of eat whatever I want," then listed her favorite dishes.

“My favorite food on Thanksgiving… love a good prime rib stuffed with garlic and good stuffing. And pie, I’m a big pie person. Love all the pies. Love pumpkin pie. We get chocolate cream pie sometimes in my household and they are so good, really good.”

She Lives Her Passion

The Fabletics partner is all about the beats now. "Music is such a passion of mine and part of my soul. So I'm just having fun getting it out there," she also told Forbes.
