Dua Lipa is stunning in swimwear as she enjoys time with friends and flaunts her super-fit body. The British singer, 26, has been celebrating her Future Nostalgia tour success, but not every photo on her Instagram comes from the stage. Sizzling in a string bikini in orange shades this month, Dua showcased her yoga-honed figure while enjoying the outdoors, and she told fans: "Sunbums."

She Knows How To Pace It

Dua has been opening up on her career and music of late. "I'm slowing down a bit," she recently admitted, adding:

"I'm not really because I haven't stopped at all, performing at the Brits to kind of doing a world tour and all the videos that I've done and the places I've traveled. My favorite thing about my job is kind of going back to places and seeing the crowds grow and getting to do something different. And that for me is what really means the most. The music that I love making is pop music, but I want the concepts to maybe be a bit more unconventional. There are so many things that I've been writing about. I just wanna have a lot of fun with it."

She Drinks Evian Water

Dua is sweating it out in yoga these days, but she's staying hydrated, too. The PUMA ambassador has spoken of her dog, revealing:

"If I need to catch a couple extra hours of sleep he's right there with me, but on days when I'm up bright and early, he's ready for his morning walk. Our walks are the perfect way to get my mind right for the day ahead. I usually grab a bottle of Evian — gotta stay hydrated — and his leash and we head out for a stroll around the neighborhood. While walking, I make a mental list of my intentions for the day," per Refinery29.

She's Into HIIT Training

Dua told Vogue: "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest. It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!"

She'll Max Out The Training Time

Meanwhile, in a separate interview, the pop star revealed: "I try and work out as much as I can. It’s such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day. I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way," she told The Urban List.

She Stays Zen

Alongside her love of yoga, Dua embraces her love of meditation. The Mayo Clinic advises: "Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming."
