She Keeps Her Workouts Varied

The star is known for ring fights, but she's revealed there's more to it. "Every day is different it depends on what day of the week it is," she said to Vogue. "We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking."

She's Into CrossFit

In 2020, Paige told her fans that she was "getting back into CrossFit," then daring her fans to "argue" about it in the comments.

"Strength training can help you tone your muscles and improve your appearance. With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase bone strength, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently," advises Mayo Clinic.

"Better yet, strength training doesn't have to take as long as you might think. Do strength exercises for all the major muscle groups at least two times a week. Aim to do one set of each exercise using a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions and stamina over time," experts add.

She Likes Peaceful Hikes

"Go on walks or hikes somewhere with pretty scenery or find a place that's peaceful where you can enjoy being active in the environment," Paige has revealed to Eat This, Not That. "When you surround yourself with sights you enjoy, it distracts from the fact that you're working out."

She Eats Chicken

Earlier this summer, Paige updated her Instagram poolside while tucking into some chicken. "NEW SPONSOR ALERT!!🚨 I am so excited to announce that I’ve partnered with @thechickenpound to help me get ready for my upcoming @bareknucklefc fight!!! Making meal prepping and getting in shape SO much easier and tastier!! 🐓 Give them a follow and check out their website for orders, recipes and so much more!!!" she wrote while posing using chopsticks.

She Packs In Her Greens

Paige is also super into eating her vegetables, which are a core part of a healthy diet.

"Spinach is high in vitamins A and C and folate. It's also a good source of magnesium. The plant compounds in spinach may boost your immune system. The carotenoids found in spinach — beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin — also are protective against age-related vision diseases, such as macular degeneration, as well as heart disease and some types of cancer," advises the Mayo Clinic.
