Nastia Liukin is stunning in a new photo as she shows off her athletic body. The 32-year-old wowed her Instagram followers in August as she posed poolside, showing off her toned legs and abs, plus her golden tan. Nastia sizzled in pale lavender and knitted bikini that was high-waisted, also adding in socks and sneakers for a trendy '80s finish. She posed wearing shades from her Dallas, TX base. In a caption, she wrote:

"The morning after… you plan / host a surprise bday party for your boyfriend two weeks after you move into a new house. aka real life 💁🏼‍♀️."

She Makes Breakfast Filling

Nastia has opened up on her diet, including the double breakfasts she eats after early morning workouts. She told The Cut:

"I like to eat something very small beforehand, whether it’s a banana or a piece of fruit, and I have coffee. It was the same when I was in gymnastics. After my workout I’ll have a bigger breakfast, like an omelet with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and maybe some chicken or something."

She Switches Up Her Workouts

The Russian-born star continued: "Some days that’s just getting in 20 minutes of some kind of workout, maybe it’s in my hotel room or my apartment or going for a quick jog. But for the most part I love changing it up. I also think that my body responds to that best. When you do the same thing over and over your body just gets used to it."

She Loves Chocolate Milk

Nastia has even promoted chocolate milk on her Instagram. "Come with me for a morning hike! #AD I love moving my body outdoors, especially in the summer season. I always pack chocolate milk in my cooler for post-workout recovery because it has natural electrolytes for hydration and high quality protein. I've been drinking milk to recover since training for the Games! What's your favorite way to drink milk?! @gonnaneedmilk #gonnaneedmilk," she told fans this year.

She Adores Pilates

Nastia loves the gentle exercise. "I love Pilates. That really elongates you, but it’s also important to do some kind of cardio and now that the weather’s nice I love running along the West Side. It’s a beautiful view. I take spinning classes, too," she has revealed.

The Mayo Clinic advises: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Keeps A Healthy Perspective

It isn't all about the now-now-now for Nastia. "Try to remember how you feel after your workout, and know that when you feel good, you look good, and you have more confidence, and so I think that that's really important," she has said.
