Nicole Scherzinger is stunning in a skimpy bikini while showing off her surfer girl skills. The Hawaii-born singer and reality judge put her fit figure on show earlier this year, posting vacation content on Instagram and keeping her fitness up at the same time. Fans saw the Pussycat Dolls star surfing major waves while in swimwear, showcasing her toned legs and gym-honed arms, plus her abs. In a caption, Nicole wrote: "To stay on course, sometimes you have to make waves 🌊.."

She Braves Ice Baths

Nicole knows how to keep her circulation up, even if it means undergoing some discomfort.

Speaking on The Ellen Show, the singer revealed: "I love ice baths, it's so good for your body but for me, it sharpens the mind like iron. It's all mental for me, I have to put on some music and go into a zone."

The Mayo Clinic tells the public:

"Cold water immersion involves people immersing themselves in water at temperatures of less than 15°C to manage muscle soreness after exercise and speed up recovery time. There is some evidence to show that cold-water immersion reduces muscle soreness at 24-72 hours after exercise compared with 'passive' treatment, or rest. It is here that the research falls down slightly by not comparing the use of cold-water immersion to an active recovery of light exercise, or perhaps even more pertinently, a combination of the two."

She Loves Hot Yoga

Nicole loves to sweat and stretch at the same time. "When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," she told Women's Health.

She Starts The Day With Eggs

Nicole has happily revealed everything that lands on her plate. She further stated:

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

She Tones Up With Squats

Cardio and resistance both have their time and place for Nicole, who has revealed: "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches."

She Digs Coconut Water

Nicole loves all things natural, including coconut water. "My new go to thing is coconut water though," she has shared, adding: "I'll have that in the morning and when I'm feeling low on energy throughout the day." Nicole even uses coconut-based products to remove her makeup.
