Aly Raisman is stunning in swimwear as she shows off her summer wardrobe and promotes the Aerie brand she fronts. The former Fierce Five member put her Olympic gymnast figure on show earlier this summer, posting to her Instagram and stunning the camera. Showing off her toned legs and trim waistline, the star sizzled in a white swimsuit and denim shorts look, also parading around a full wardrobe as she switched out her bathing suit for other outfits.

Aly is also a promo face for Modern Fertility. In 2022, she tells fans: "I’m personally not trying to have kids at the moment, but I do want to learn more about my body and fertility hormones so I can plan for the future. I’ll be going live on my IG account today with Modern Fertility’s co-founder Carly Leahy to talk about my journey & experience of learning more about my body - I hope you can tune in!"

She Works Out On The Regular

Aly loves low-impact Pilates, plus outdoor hikes and yoga. The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended."

She Values Routine

Aly is open about her mental health, and one thing that keeps her in check is having a routine. "I am someone who does really well with routine so I've found the importance of — even when I'm traveling — trying to have some familiarity throughout my day," she told Shape.

She Loves Fresh Air

Aly also revealed that simple does it for her. "To be honest most of the time I'm just going for long walks," she also told the outlet.
