The 32-year-old former athlete continues to delight her 1.1 million Instagram followers with regular swimsuit snaps and videos, and this one followed suit. Stunning fans in a tight bathing suit, the blonde wowed with her toned legs and slim waist on show, writing:

"Our new morning routine 💫 includes the @coldplunge🧊💦 SO many incredible benefits of doing the cold plunge, which include:•OVERALL HEALTH: Immune system support. Increases blood flow. She Fuels Up For Training

Nastia eats not one, but two breakfasts as she also works out at 5.30 a.m.

She opened up to The Cut, revealing:

"I like to eat something very small beforehand, whether it’s a banana or a piece of fruit, and I have coffee. It was the same when I was in gymnastics. After my workout I’ll have a bigger breakfast, like an omelet with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and maybe some chicken or something. Making sure to get enough protein in is extremely important for me to this day. It keeps you full longer."

She Gained Weight After Retiring

Nastia was only 22 when she retired back in 2012.

"I felt so lost for a good year. I gained probably 10 to 20 pounds, because when you stop doing something and just go cold turkey your body doesn’t even know what to do. I finally feel like I’ve found my rhythm again. It takes time to figure out what your body needs and what’s best for you both in nutrition and also fitness," the Russian-born star added.

She Drinks Chocolate Milk

Earlier this year, Liukin promoted milk on her IG, revealing that she still fuels up with chocolate milk.

The Mayo Clinic tells readers:

"Your body needs calcium to build and maintain strong bones. Your heart, muscles and nerves also need calcium to function properly. Some studies suggest that calcium, along with vitamin D, may have benefits beyond bone health: perhaps protecting against cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. But evidence about such health benefits is not definitive."

She Believes In Self-Care

Nastia has also shared: "I'm a firm believer in self care, and have started carving out 'me time' on my calendar when I feel burnout creeping in. If I can create and stick to a schedule for work, I felt I owed it to myself to do the same for me."
