She Never Stops Looking Fit

When it comes to looking fit, no one does it better than Danica. In an Instagram post, the car racer looked adventurous in a nude hoodie and shorts, which she complemented with sunglasses and a black knee-length jungle boot. This outfit kept her toned arms and strong legs on display. The extraordinary look captured the heart of her followers, as they showered her comment section with lots of likes and lovely comments.

She Works Out Almost Everyday

The NASCAR racer tries to exercise daily to keep fit and stay in shape. For Danica, exercise has been a part of her everyday life, which is why she works out four to five days a week with her trainer, Bob Alejo. The retired car racer engages in yoga to achieve strength and flexibility, runs for one hour, and does upper body exercise to strengthen her arms. According to her, she doesn't work out on race days, but on other days, she usually works out in the morning for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

She Is Good With Paleo Diet

Per FitnessClone, Danica is more of a paleo-diet person and prefers to fill up on protein and vegetables. One of her favorites is a hash made from lean ground meat, sweet potatoes, onions, and kale. The car driver loves smoothies but tries to cut down on the sugar content which is why she puts a third of a banana or a quarter of an apple in her smoothies.

Just like every other person, there are times when she develops that sweet tooth and takes her cheats, but in moderation rather than restricting.

The 40-year-old admitted that she is not super strict on her diet, because it is hard to be perfect about it all the time.

She Takes Supplements For Refuel
