Demi Moore looks fabulous at 59 as she smiles for the camera and enjoys a tennis event. The ex to Bruce Willis looked fantastic as she posted to her Instagram to see Rafael Nadal at the 2022 French Open Finals this year, posing from the spectator seating and in a black jacket and chic scarf. The actress also brought along her dog, telling fans: "Next in the adventures of Pilaf (aka Little Mouse): cheering on @rafaelnadal at the 2022 French Open finals 🏆 She didn’t want to miss him breaking his own record with his 14th French Open title!"

She Values Acceptance

Demi isn't interested in turning back the clock. Instead, she embraces the moment, and that includes her age.

Speaking to W, she revealed: "The biggest difference, I think, is that I'm not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance."

She Thinks 59 Is Fine

Meanwhile, speaking to People, the brunette stated: "Not being defined by a number and instead being defined by my experience. You hit 59, and you're already thinking, 'Well, I'm going to be 60.' It feels very liberating. When I think of my grandmother at 60, she in a way seemed to be already resigned to being old. But I feel, in so many ways, more alive and present than ever."

She Isn't All About Weight

While Demi works hard to stay fit, it isn't about the number on the scale. "I sit today in a place of greater acceptance of my body. And that includes not just my weight, but all of the things that come with your changing body," she has shared.

She Enjoys Working Out

Demi loves to walk and swim. She's also been showing off her swimsuit body in 2022 via her collab with Andie Swim.

The Mayo Clinic advises to "get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity."
