Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is stunning her Instagram followers while in swimwear as she delivers a quick pool stretch and delivers a positive message. The Russian-born former athlete may have retired back in 2012, but she's more than proving she hasn't lost her physique. In a recent Instagram video, Nastia showed off her figure while in both a monochrome bikini and a swimsuit, this as her 1.1 million followers gushed over her in the comments. Liukin, 33, was, until her recent exit, starring on reality series Special Forces: The Toughest Test, although clearly, she hasn't abandoned the bikini action. Fans are reminding her that they still love her, even if she's off the show.

Footage showed Nastia enjoying a sunny pool setting while outdoors. The Moscow native was filmed thigh-deep in waters and enjoying a peaceful moment while in a black-and-white bikini.
Showing off her tiny waist and Olympian muscles, the Pottery Barn partner caressed her arms while also stretching her upper body and torso a little. Nastia went monokini style as she rocked a bathing suit with a one-shouldered finish and a high cut. Liukin also wore her signature blonde locks up, going for a high ponytail as she showed off her high cheekbones. Nastia also made sure to show off her trim waistline, plus a little cleavage as she stretched amid the glistening waters. Quick to leave a like, was fellow Olympic gymnast, McKayla Maroney.

In a caption, Nastia went for a PSA, this as she addressed confidence and self-worth. The APL collaborator told fans:
"PSA: You ARE good enough. For anyone who needs this reminder today: Don’t let anyone put you into a box (especially one you don’t fit in) Don’t let anyone control your narrative. Don’t let anyone control your success. And certainly never ever let anyone control your worth."
A fan quickly replied: "This is the mood, RIGHT before doing the back dive off the helicopter." Nastia has also competed on DWTS in the past, and remains a regular TV face despite no longer competing in the world of pro gymnastics.
