Nastia Liukin In Swimsuit Arches Back For 'Morning Routine'

Dressed in a cute green swimsuit, the 33-year-old athlete showed off her slim figure. Per her caption, she was trying to do an aesthetic morning routine video but the angled posing instead got her a "t-rex claw". The second photo in the carousel post shows off a backside view of her swimsuit, which had an open back and a thong style.

In a past video, Nastia detailed what most of her mornings look like. It usually starts with a cold plunge in the pool, a FaceTime workout with her trainer, a quick shower afterward, and then a healthy breakfast. She made sure to highlight that this was most mornings and not all mornings.

Self-love affirmations are also a regular part of Nastia's routine. She shared an important PSA with fans, reminding everyone to love themselves a little more.

She also loves to show off her flexibility! While she may not be competing professionally anymore, Nastia can still do many impressive poses. In one fashion shoot, she reminded everyone of her skills and stretched her toned leg up against a wall while wearing a stylish green pairing.

The Olympic legend also got to flex her gymnast skills on the cover of Galore last month. She wowed the public by doing one of her signature poses, with her arms in the air and her leg held up while her dress was flowing with the wind. Fans couldn't help but marvel at the sight and sent her praises in the comments.
