She Is A Style Connoisseur


The Bring It On actress raved on Instagram with a colorful two-piece bikini showing her preparation for the swimwear season. The bright pink thong bikini had floral details of pink, orange, and green. The flashy attire was paired with a colorful headwrap that covered up her hair and she maintained a make-up-free look.

Union showed off her toned abs giving a sexy pose by the poolside. The actress captioned the post, "Headwraps & Bikinis❤️❤️", and the vibe was highly loved by fans. 

She Is Consistent With Her Workout Routine

Gabrielle has been showing off her toned physique on social media and has her consistency to thank for it. Union has a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol so she is consistent with exercising and eating healthy.

She does full-body compound exercises every day. She dedicates about 15 to 20 minutes to cardio before moving on to work on strength training and Pilates. She does these workouts every day, and also makes sure she has the right amount of vitamin D on her face. 

She Has An Almost Vegan Diet

Workouts are not the only thing that kept the toned actress in shape. Drinking a lot of water and eating healthy played a vital role among other things. Her anti-aging secret was no other than drinking a lot of water.

Apart from this, she followed an almost vegan diet. She occasionally eats meat but has eliminated gluten, soy, and dairy from her diet. Eating vegetables helped to keep the body healthy and maintain a flawless glow. Although she was focused on vegetables, she had cheat meals.

In an interview with SELF, Union shared the trick she used to manage her household before her bedtime routine, "We call it Operation Shut-It-Down,". After this has ended, she would begin her bedtime routine. She started by washing her face with Glow Scrub Cleanser and used a product called Do-Over during the night. After this, she used pigment remedies to correct dark marks. Then she applied an eye jelly to maintain her youthful look. 

She Indulges In House Therapy


Gabrielle made sure the household was involved in guided meditation or used meditative music. They meditated in the bathroom for about five minutes. She also indulged in house therapy every week and sometimes did four hours of therapy. She also reduced electronic time to get a night of more healthy sleep.
