She Follows The Blood Type Diet

As for her diet, Hailey believes in the Blood Type diet, a diet that determines what you should eat based on your blood type. The supermodel revealed that she struggles with low iron levels. As a result, she mainly eats poultry and fish. Hailey also removes sugar and gluten from her diet, which helps her maintain her ideal weight and improve her overall health.

She usually starts her day with a meal of eggs, homemade oatmeal, or a nutrient-dense smoothie or protein shake. For lunch, she fills up on large salads packed with fresh veggies and nutrient-dense toppings like chicken breast, fish, and grilled veggies.

She Cuts Out Sugar And Gluten

When she eats out, Hailey does what she can to ensure her salad is gluten-free. Her favorite is Caesar salad with kale. Hypebae shares that sunscreen is one essential beauty item she does not go without. In the video, she mixed a moisturizing sunscreen with a glow enhancer from her beauty label, Rhode.

She then goes on to apply concealer on her nose, forehead, and under-eye area. Hailey also highlighted a few Black-owned beauty brands earlier this week while revealing some of her Holy Grail products.
